When World War II broke out, what was it like for children in Perth? Merv was a kid at school, dreaming up new tricks to play on the teachers, teenager Phyllis was told she was “manpowered”, and little Daphne was evacuated from city suburban Highgate to a rural farm.

Created from many interviews with Perth seniors, THEATRE 180 brings to life their childhood in the 1940s with music, song and laughter.
