About: Vidushi Saswati Sen
Vidushi Saswati Sen is a leading exponent of the Lucknow Gharana of Kathak. She received her early training at Kathak Kendra under Smt. Reba Vidyarthi and is one of the foremost disciples of the legendary Pandit Birju Maharaj. An Acclaimed performer, teacher and choreographer, she has received numerous prestigious national honours and has made significant contributions to the preservation, promotion and pedagogy of Kathak both in India and internationally.
